Can I keep my business number?

Yes. When your RingBot line is ready, follow your phone provider’s instructions to forward calls. You can also share your RingBot number directly.

Does RingBot book appointments?

RingBot collects appointment requests. You review and confirm the exact date and time; a request stays a request until you confirm it.

Do I need to know anything technical?

Start with your business name and a short description, choose a personality, then review the Business plan. Assisted setup is included. You can add more answers and adjust optional settings once you’re in.

Can I try it before connecting my phone?

On the final Start screen, you can try your personalized RingBot in your browser when your line and saved settings are ready. The live demo is optional. Connect your business calls when you’re comfortable with the setup.

Will callers know they’re speaking to AI?

RingBot introduces itself as an AI receptionist. Call recording disclosure is included in the greeting when recording is enabled.

What happens when I reach my plan’s allowance?

New calls pause when your available allowance runs low. Pending calls can reserve minutes until they are reconciled. There are no automatic overage charges. Restore your business’s direct answering through your phone provider while calling is paused. Your Inbox and billing remain available.
